They should give their customers a chance to cancel their reservation, i try to cancel my reservation 10 hours in advance and they wouldnt let me cancel. They kept all the money as a cancelation fee. I was there on military orders and still wouldnt help me.

I checked in at midnight and told the clerk that I would need a late check out. At 1030 maids were knocking at my door. I called the front desk at 11 and reminded them of my late check out, they then told me I would be getting charged 100 for the late check out. Later that day they tried to take 200 from my card. I called them and they told me that i covered the smoke alarm which I didn’t I don’t even smoke. I noticed that my alarm was covered and didn’t care because it was so late . Well I got charged for the maids not cleaning the room . The staff there sucks and will rob you so beware of this hotel . It’s very nice in a great location but they will take ur money off the card u have on file so be careful pick a different hotel.

I liked the fact that the staff members were friendly & very accommodating. I asked to be in a quiet room & they did. The room was clean and beds were comfortable as well. The price was very reasonable & would like to stay here again in the future.
