There was no breakfast provided
I paid for the room I had a reservation but when I got there they said my credit card did not go through. They sent me to the Holiday Inn and charged me 700$$$. They had no hot water and there was a sock hanging off the shower. I felt robbed
The staff was friendly and the location was quiet. And the price was wonderful as well.

The location is good. It was close to places that I needed to go. Parking was plentiful and very accessible. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by Priscilla and Miguel. Priscilla was very fast and efficient. She knows and does her job well! Miguel is security and was warm and funny unlike some security that makes you feel like you're doing something wrong when you know you aren't! When you have a good interaction as a first impression, you know that could either make or break a stay.

It was an older property, and they had some water issues but it was in a good location for us. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Didn’t get to stay the policies were not good. They weren’t accommodating to help me finalize the booking. I missed out on $125 which I don’t know if I’m gonna get back from booking.com or the property

When I arrived at 12 am, they informed me that their hotel was full and that bookings.com hadn’t checked their schedule and just book the reservation and that they had no rooms and there were no rooms in the city.
